Oh So Social is not your ordinary marketing agency. We do things differently from the rest of the pack.

Our clients’ needs always come first. We will always provide the best social media management, training, advice and support, even if our advice means that you shouldn’t work with us! The team will consider your budget and aspirations before coming up with a bespoke plan of action just for you.

We won’t baffle you with jargon. We want to make sure that what we do is understandable and accessible to our clients, so you don’t have to be a social media expert to read our reports! Everything we provide to you, from the initial quote through to your monthly results, will be written in plain English, so you really know what you’re getting from us.

Oh So Social’s complete social media management service really is complete. We will follow up interactions, be social on your behalf and provide out of hours cover, so no burning Friday night customer questions will remain unanswered until Monday morning.

There are plenty of shortcuts out there, but we will never use them. We know that our clients need the very best for their business, so we will never buy followers, repeat the same posts or link social media platforms together to up the content count.

Social media is ever-changing and evolving. This is why we believe in constant improvement, investing in our people, training and our software. You will benefit from the best and most up-to-date knowledge and skills available, rather than techniques that were effective last year but aren’t relevant now.

We are not a full-service marketing agency, and we are proud of that! We are experts in social media marketing, but we understand that sometimes clients need more to implement their campaigns. We work seamlessly with experts in SEO, web design, graphic design and PR to create a knowledgeable dream team that provides you with a complete marketing service.

Finally, and importantly, we will never use bots. All of our services are carried out by real people, real experts, based in our Cornwall office.
