Oh So Social founder Katherine George has been chosen by Facebook as a social media mentor and trainer for its #SheMeansBusiness campaign, in partnership with Enterprise Nation.
As one of just 22 mentors selected in the UK, Katherine is instrumental in delivering free Instagram and Facebook training to female founders of start-up businesses across Cornwall, the Isles of Scilly and Devon – a valuable opportunity for female entrepreneurs in both counties.
#SheMeansBusiness was launched in 2017 to celebrate female entrepreneurs and to facilitate Facebook and Instagram training to female entrepreneurs across the UK. Last year, the campaign provided over 10,000 female founders with social media training. It is a space for entrepreneurial women to make valuable connections, share advice and move forward, together.
We are delighted that #SheMeansBusiness will carry on into 2021 and promises to be better than ever! As Katherine travels the South West sharing her social media knowledge and giving women in business the great opportunity to get together, support each other and make valuable connections in a range of sectors.
