‘We have always been aware that social media was likely to be a great way for us to grow our customer base and enable us to keep engaging with those who already attend our art courses, but we never had the time to take the opportunity seriously and make it happen several times a week across different social media platforms.

We have worked with Katherine and the team at Oh So Social for a couple of years now and we have found them to be excellent with great attention to detail. I have always felt able to get the right help when I really need it and our Account Manager has been quick to really understand our business.

I can honestly say that it feels like our business is communicating directly with our customers as if we were doing the social media ourselves because Oh So Social have taken the time to understand what we do. Of all the different kinds of awareness raising we have done in the past few years, social media has outperformed everything else, hands down, every time at half the cost’.
