Our founder Katherine George was recently named as one of the top 100 female entrepreneurs in the UK in a list compiled by f:Entrepreneur. In honour of this and International Women’s Day, Katherine was invited to join the other top businesswomen to celebrate their achievement at the House of Lords.
Hosted by f:Entrepreneur and Lord Young of Graffham, the #ialso Top 100 female entrepreneurs enjoyed afternoon tea, networking and inspirational talks to recognise all of their success. Katherine said: “Visiting the House of Lords is truly one of those ‘pinch me’ moments!”
Katherine was named in the f:Entrepreneur #ialso Top 100 for successfully establishing Oh So Social as an award-winning social media marketing agency, as well as for her involvement with Facebook and Enterprise Nation’s #SheMeansBusiness campaign which supports female entrepreneurs and small businesses with social media training and networking events. This is all alongside also launching our sister company, Oh So Savvy, this year to offer online training globally.
